| The Duske Drying System
is a safe and efficient method of reducing moisture content of many products.
The principle utilized is the intimate mixing of the product with hot gasses.
The product is heated by means of convective heat exchange and to a lesser degree
by radiation and conduction to drive off the moisture. The
major components of the Duske System are: Furnace with Burner, Drum, Drum Bases,
Cyclone Separator, Primary Fan, and Temperature/Combustion Control Systems. In
addition to the above components, a complete dehydration system would include
Product Preparation Equipment, Infeed and Outfeed Conveyors to and from the dryer,
and dry product storage. |
