Mike has over 40 years of experience in various types industries, starting his career in Human Resources and Organizational Development. He has spent the last 25 years in operational and general management with various organizations with progressively growing responsibility. Mike establised Uzelac Industries in 2003, with the purchase of Poja Sheet Metal, later adding Duske Engineering to the business.
