Position Details

We are looking for a fabrication estimator / salesperson to add to our sales team. Responsibilities of this position are including but not limited to:

• Cold and warm calls to a variety of targeted manufacturers to estimate and bid fabrication work outside of our normal offering of rotary dryers.
• Maintenance of CRM-like bid log to forecast future projects
• Follow-up and analysis of lost projects to determine market margin requirements
• Analysis to determine high probability customers and industries for future targeted sales
• Salary plus Incentive

Candidate Qualifications

• Experience reviewing fabrication drawings in a variety of different formats to take-off and estimate project costs
• Business to business customer facing experience (Ideally sales)
• Ability for overnight travel for customer visits and trade shows out of state
• Desire to work in a tight knit family-owned business
• Ability to understand customer-supplied BOMs and create internal BOMs
• Organized, and not afraid to ask for a sale
